      You are expected to review the Association's Operative Legal Documents (i.e. CC&R’s, Architectural, Landscape and or Painting Guidelines) prior to submitting this application request. If the proposed change(s) impact your adjoining neighbors, you must consult with them and obtain their written permission of their approval, which must be submitted with this application request. Submittals will be reviewed and processed within the time period as outlined in your community documents, which is typically 30–45 days from the date of the submittal. Any omissions may cause delays and the Association reserves the right to request additional information and documentation as it may deem necessary. The submitter grants permission for Association representatives to enter upon the lot to ensure the accuracy and/or completion of improvements as submitted. No work may begin until after written approval is granted by the Association. Pursuant to the Association's Operative Legal Documents, monetary penalties may be levied for non-compliance.
